Go to the account section of the app and click on “かんたん本人確認” (Easy Identity Verification).

🔹 Step 3: Choose your document

For verification, choose 在留カード (Zairyu Card) or マイナンバーカード (My Number Card) as the document to submit.

🔹 Step 4: Take a photo of the front of the document 📸

As per the instructions, take a clear photo of the front of your document. (The photo should not be obstructed or blurry).

Now, tilt the card slightly and take a photo showing its thickness.

Finally, take a clear photo of the back of the card.
